For We Remember

National Police Week begins today. If you are a law enforcement officer, you need to see and experience this event.

National Police Week honors those brothers and sisters who have given the ultimate sacrifice for their community. They are honored by many, loved by more and they will always be remembered for their sacrifice.

National Police Week began with the Law Ride 2010 (http://www.lawride.com/). This ride began at the RFK stadium. The participants rode to the National Law Enforcement Memorial Site and placed a wreath. This was the official kick off for the National Law Enforcement Memorial Week. This is the 15th year for the Law Ride.

On Monday, they will be hosting the 31st Annual DC area Memorial Service.

Please visit the Officer Down Memorial Page, Inc. to learn about the ultimate sacrifice. http://www.odmp.org/.

Stay tuned for the list of events and see how they honor their brothers and sisters who have paid the ultimate sacrifice.
