I have always thought that the MLK Jr. Parade is something to celebrate. I have thought that it is important to remember this man on a day when people can celebrate his vision.
I don't believe that his vision included knuckleheads.
I was not surprised again this year when the youth arrived at the parade. Same thing, different day. Walk up, threaten to fight, pull out a gun and show it to others and make threats. Start a fight and have police from all over the city respond.
The response was apparently needed to the youth would not congregate and start fights or trouble.
