I have to say that working for someone who makes up the rules as they go is extremely frustrating.
To be called on the carpet about your duties and being accountable is a very interesting issue. But to learn that your boss, who is making this a big issue also has some accountability issues.
Why enforce the rules if you are not going to follow the rules?
